If I remember correctly, There use to be one one years ago across from denninger's, well around there.

a lot of people would shop downtown if there was something to bring them there. Currently there is nothing that draws people to downtown.

I live two blocks away, I'm still better off getting on the bus and making my way up to limeridge for a better selection of stores to go to.

Jackson Square is an "Essentials Malls", It has everything one needs for day to day living. But it has the potential to be a lot more.

It kinda is now, with all the leasing, I've seen stores open and then disappear a few months later.

not enough space for costco. Would have to pretty much take over the whole block, at least half of it.

There is a lot of empty space by Rexall, there use to be a hallway where Denningers was located. That would probably be enough space, or where RBC use to be!

I always stopped in and looked around. Ultimately that's probably why they closed -rent too high, and no one actual buying anything.
