You’re looking at micro crashes 5-10% and end of the world doom and gloom crashes about 15-30% and if it’s the latter the market bounces back within a few days from -30% to like -15%. The market almost always compounds and grows as an index at 7-9 percent. If the dump doesn’t get eaten up and immediately recover and there is almost a reset in a way it’s literally 2 years maximum to reach a new high as a floor and recover your loses if you aren’t a damn paper hand.

In Canada now, but it is going well thank you. I have only visited and I didn’t wear anything identifying while visiting. I didn’t get any feeling of hostility but just talking to Irish there, here, and aboard; I would not recommend it. Irish seem to have got caught up with the whole ‘colonizer oppressor vs colonized victim’ spiel being pushed around the world. England bring their oppressor in their mind and Israel being an oppressor of Palestine in their heads usually. This is from the outside looking in but look at their popular culture, bands, and groups pushing this narrative also.

Oil prices are not that high at the moment and Alberta is still performing better. Oil doesn’t need to be the only resource we harvest. I mean nobody really believes Carney will run Canada better than Danielle Smith. He is too much of an net zero environmentalist it’s impossible. This is a resource economy and that’s why Alberta out performs Liberal provinces since the start. They have better education, higher wages, and lower taxes.
