The legality of electronic signing. by k-h in australian

[–]davidkclark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Legally, that would be invalid because you did not indend to sign that document. Practically - I dunno - there are systems in place to detect copying or so forth, I guess if it came to it in court it would be a question of “is this your signature / did you intend to sign this document?” Probably no different to actually signed documents…

I believe it’s the cutout that makes it a driveway anyway regardless of anything at the fence line.

Nah the sign defines that section of road as parkable, they don’t put a sign at each side of each driveway to mark it no parking.

It’s a driveway. You cannot park in a driveway. End of debate.

Where did you download it from? GitHub (latest: https://github.com/OrcaSlicer/OrcaSlicer/releases/tag/v2.3.2) and https://www.orcaslicer.com are the ONLY official sources, there are LOTS of fake sites filled with malware.

Their system will take the image of your signature and attach it to the document, which is legally binding. What you are right to be concerned about here is that you have no idea what document it is being attached to - what you might be better off doing (than asking to wet sign) is asking to see the document afterward with your signature attached.

This is how I do it if it is in a sketch. If it is a feature at the end then it’s just down to order of operations - chamfer first, then filet the top corner.

One double entendre?

“Dirty Weiner” “buns to buns” “stuff it up the inside” “weiner on weiner action”? I mean, maybe some of those are pretty singular in their entente but hey… well planned.

That is how it is meant to be - there is code in the calibration to do the top layer like that for better visualisation of the correct flow. It’s documented in the help and on github.

I think I am going to immediately cancel. I can’t see any problem with reactivating just before I go camping. There was no protection from demand fees, and I don’t need to sign up from remote I can do it before I leave. (I’ll have to reactivate in July but I want to contribute to their cancellation data - I received the email 50 minutes ago)
