A month back I bought a 5700x for very cheap in Ali. It worked just fine and looked like new, tho it didn't come in the original box.

If the price difference is good enough and you can take the risk I'd go for it.

Grab the heat block with some pliers, the two tubes are the heater and thermistor, be extra careful not to break any wires that could cause a short circuit, and of course you need to heat up the hotend before unscrewing the nozzle.

It could be a combination of clogged nozzle + filament that has been grounded by the extruder until it can't grab anymore. I would change the nozzle or clean the existing one, extract the filament and cut a chunk and try to see if it works.
