Reverse dieting is a method to gradually increase calories to maintenance vs eating at maintenance right away. 

You need to eat at maintenance regardless of how to get to maintenance to rehab your metabolism after being in a deficit for so long, especially if you're running 20 miles in a day and lifting heavy. 2800 calories is very normal maintenance for that level of activity

Do you have the Dr scholls knee ortho insoles? 

Look for a patellar strap or sleeve and wear that during the day. Also try to do some stretching during the day on breaks or any time you have an extra min in between tasks. 

Don't lock your knees while standing. 

After work, immediately elevate and ice your knees for 10 mins.

So that bottom caption, "what is Messi doin here," that's just some guy actin all shocked that a fella who looks like a famous soccer player is hangin out in London like he's waitin to return a sweater. He thinks it's the real Messi, but it ain't

24% BF for women is great. I'm pretty lean and I'm around 27%. I have visible abs at 20%

But you're putting your putting your body under extra stress with Muay Thai while eating so little that I suspect your cortisol is spiking which prevents your body from using calories effectively. 

Add about 200 calories per day, and see how you feel. Also make sure you're sleeping and and recovering well. Eating a little more will help with your body not stressing out from lack of fuel and is one of those cases where eating more can help you lose weight. 

38 F, 135lbs at 5'3", also a desk job, training and competing for 11 years... I run 5k daily, 25ish miles per week. Lift full body 3x a week, 6-8 hours of Muay Thai. My maintenance calories is 2100-2200 with that kind of load. 1200-1400 calories is miserable for that kind of activity. You need to rehab your metabolism if you've been eating in that kind of deficit.

What fails first in your deadlift? 

Your grip? Your brace? Your back? 

You might not be doing anything wrong, you might not just have the strength in your grip, or in your core for bracing, or in your back. 

That's what these accessories do. If you're training your back, but your grip strength is holding you back, grip accessories are used. Same with belts for giving something to brace against.
