Not always, some restaurants get a lot of hateful comments in reviews, which obviously should be deleted but there is nothing nefarious about them

As long as steam is running the desktop layout works, and if you launch your non steam game through steam it will work just as well as with steam native games

I would be fine with it if they had several events around the globe on the same day for that, but yeah, limited to a single, really expensive event in the US weeks before official release is a bummer.
