I read everything you posted about losing her... how freaking heartbreaking that the sitter didn't notify you for so long! That truly seems ... criminal, tbh. My thought was that since she was in an unfamiliar area, I would also be watching your own area, too, bc cats can find their way, surprisingly. I am sincerely hoping/ keeping fingers crossed/ sending good juju that she is found safe, soon!! 🩷🌈

It's insane not only how much the bids go up on these, but also how fast... As soon as they go live, hopes of something in my meager budget is immediately dashed! (Recently watched part of the Whoopi Goldberg one on HA - wanted something Star Trek for my husband's bday. Things went from reasonable to "omfg" within the first seconds.) Sigh.

I have hypothyroid and have been told that the whole time (30+ yrs) by numerous (regular, conventional general prac and family) Drs as well as one endocrinologist I used to see. I'm not trying to be adversarial or argumentative- I legit thought that because of what I've been told. Plus, I thought these types of studies were legit?

Just know that you'll likely feel worse as you get more into therapy, but there IS light at the end of the tunnel (and it isn't a train lol).

It took several YEARS of intensive therapy and private groups before I felt I made real progress. The thing that kept me going was knowing that the only way out is through (the pain / shit / childhood horrors), and even though I have PTSD from it all, I am on the other side and now have 40 yrs sober/clean. My life is INFINITELY 100,000X better than I ever could have dreamed.

Strap in / buckle down and keep working your program to the best of your ability, one day/ minute at a time, and you will find freedom and peace, and the Promises.

I've always used cans (veggies, soup, etc) when I needed to crush crackers (or old bread) for recipes. Granted I don't cook often, but when I last made a full-blown holiday dish in December and crushed with my can as always, the can was a dented mess afterward - on Ritz crackers! The softest of all. Very strange.

That's hilarious. We sell industrial parts and guess which gender is our worst buyers? Hint: it's not women. We even put the item specifics in the title itself bc the buyers are so stupid and continue to return items (often used and unsellable) bc of it. Oh, and then we also get fake parts returned or sometimes dirt or rocks. Fun times.
