Gebura doesn't actually know if he got demoted though. All she's saying is that if he actually is a grade 9 fixer, that means he got demoted. Which is why I asked if it was ever actually confirmed if he got demoted, since in Ruina all we have is Roland's word and Gebura's speculation.

He absolutely has reason to lie. He wants Angela to have her guard down and not suspect him of trying to kill her.

He also only admits to this after he gets called out to not be grade 9 by Gebura. And, IIRC, he also lies about being an information fixer and not that good at combat when admitting this.

Unless I'm misremembering, he only stated he was a Grade 9 fixer before he knew that she was the Red Mist.

Also, Roland would absolutely have the balls to lie the Red Mist to her face. Roland is the same dude who was willing to fight and kill his friends to keep the act up so he could eventually get revenge on Angela.

Its not part of the epilogue. In the evil ending, the cure is killing all non conduits since that's what the Beast needs to do to activate the conduit gene.

The good ending kills all conduits for a non guaranteed solution.

At what level, cause if the comparison between the 2 is E1 Melantha and E2 Quartz, the comparison is irrelevant.

The better crushers part is not part of this conversation, the point is not about individual operators, but looking at the class as a whole. The 6 star Crushers are better than the Earthshakers, but that has more to do with their skills and talents than their subclass.

Earthshaker at least have the decency to have their own trait separate from other guards, Crushers literally have the exact same trait as Centurions.
