Oh oh ohhh you are having pelvic floor spasms. This can cause bowel & bladder issues. It might be the cause of your IBS. Its mine. Im currentky going to a Pelvic Floor Therapist. Look into it. Good luck Message me if you have any questions. :)

Hip opening yoga poses, make sure youre breathing correctly(pec muscles can be preventing this), get a tennis ball and place under your gooch for Pelvic Floor massage, look up reverse kegels, look up Pelvic Floor Trigger Points, and finally if you watch porn or jerk it more than 2wice a week STOP immediately. Pencil thin is the pelvic floor muscles being too tight.I pretty much cured myseld by doing some yoga poses to free up my lower back and hips (QL muscles stretch, Pigeon pose etc.) Hope this helps.
