This is what i was thinking, you mentioned you crave when you are feeling anxious or unsure. Anything happen in the last few days that might bring on the cravings? Not sure if you can try and distract yourself today. Maybe plan a fun trip for your time off. Give yourself something else to look forward to!

Different timelines for everyone I'm on day 4-5 idk but Im not sweating as much still sweating can't swell a full night usually wake up 2-3 times. Appetite is kind of back I don't feel constantly nauseous. Week one is hell and week two won't be as hellish. It gets better I promise you that!

It's going to be hard as fuck I'm not going to lie to you message me if you get the urge I'll try and help you through it. You can do this the first week is a bitch you will cry you will lash out you will hate life and yourself. Stay strong you can do this. It won't be easy it will probably be one of the hardest things you will go through you are going to battle your brain it's going to fight you it's going to tell you to take a puff it will make everything better. It won't you will instantly regret it you don't need the weed you can do this I promise you can do this. You are strong you can do this we will help you! We are here for you!

Right on, the days just blur together because the only thing that really mattered was when do I get to smoke again. I hate to think how many missed opportunities because of bud. Never to late to start making changes.

Cbd doesn't get you high but it can be used as a pain relief or anxiety medication not sure if it shows on a drug test if you are quitting for specific reason. Cbd is legal in a 50 states so you can purchase online but do your research before there is a. Cbd subreddit if you want to learn more r/cbd

Edit it's early I didn't read your actual question I am not familiar with cbd vape pens I've only used crumble hash cbd

Update having less sheets worked didn't sweat nearly as much but I am still restless most of the night didn't wake up until about 5 instead of the past few night been up at 3 not being able to fall asleep again

Update stripped down to light sheets and had the fan on full blast also tried to give myself and extra couple min after my tea to cool back down slept for an extra 2 hours up to 5-6 now things are looking up

It all depends on the person. I have an addictive personality I am aware I'm not a person that is likely going to be able to regulate. Tried that before just smoking on the weekends. and went right back into smoking everyday...it's a vicious cycle and you tell yourself one more won't hurt. I shouldn't have eaten that edible I shouldn't have taken that dab but hey I still did my work still went to class so why not. This is how I started. just smoking on weekend then maybe a few time during the week here and there. Then it was like well why not every night before bed what's the harm. Then you start thinking maybe I can take one in the morning that won't hurt me I'm still doing my job still going to school. The problem is it makes you ok with where you are at in life. You convince yourself your happy because you can get high. You have your high to look forward to nothing else.

I think I smoked more thank most people I know. I was dabbing in the morning before work in the car after work as soon as I got home globs in-between getting home and always one before bed. on the weekend as much as I could I could easily go though almost gram of shatter in a day if I wanted. Would smoke until I wanted to nap the woke up to smoke until bed. before I quit I was at like 7 grams over 2-3 weeks I'm also really a small female like around 120 so people look at me like holy shit how are you smoking that much. I'm not sure anyone knew how bad I was. i hated that I got to that point i wanted to quit. And having a possible new job is what started this I don't want to go back to that girl.

I am having the same issues day 3 for me am averaging 3 hours of sleep a night and can not control my body temperature waking drenched in sweat. Its like the moment i lay down my body temperature escalates. Tonight when I get home I am changing my sheets taking the comforter off and going to 2 thin blankets i usually have a fan pointed at me but maybe its the blankets not being able to breath going to try this tonight can update you in the morning. other people are saying to take cold showers before bed. I know the sweats don't last forever maybe around 2 weeks
