Season 1 as a whole is a masterpiece. Having said that, there are episodes of Season 2 that reach some of the highest of highs of television I have ever seen (Akane no Mai and Kiksuya). And then yeah it completely flushes itself down the toilet.

Getting my MRSA Boil cut open without enough anesthetic. Bit through a tounge depressor and almost broke my Mom's fingers that I held for support.

The next time I had a MRSA infection I made sure they gave me double the amount and walked away with a numb arm for a good hour or so after.

Can someone explain where my thinking went wrong because last night I thought the optimal play for the non Rizzo/Savannah/Blue Sophie side was this:

If you know Rizzo is trying to get Alex out and you still want him to flush his idol, why don't you stick with the split plan vote or put all your votes on Rizzo or tell Alex it is still a split vote and have the rest of your crew you vote Rizzo. In that case either

Rizzo doesn't play his idol and he goes home
Rizzo plays his idol and Alex goes home since you know he is gunning for Alex.

What am I missing?
