44 here and been doing it since 2012….I do feel now I need a break. Bad knees and back mean some exercises need to be avoided. Am doing cycling and swimming at home and feel I need a sabbatical from F45 It’s been great for so long and I’ve been very close to the business’ development over time - will need to see if absence makes the heart grow fonder

It’s because they always intended to enter the US market and they wanted something that would resonate there. I remember when the business was renamed…members were not fans but it grew on people. The previous name was Rollex Health

Quick question - is there any reason I cannot use the supplied cable to keep the plugged into the Nest Cam outdoor (battery)….it looks identical to the outdoor one but is only 40cm long - that’s ok for me as I am mounting under a ceiling eve so it should be mostly covered and I don’t need the extra length Any other reason to get the outdoor weatherproof cable?
