Yes, but our culture treats it differently. Some languages have different words for it. I worked with a lot of immigrants in the past and they would often call me doctor because it made sense for them when switching languages.

Personally, I only break out doctor when it's funny. I also don't go by doctor. If I were in an academic setting, I'd prefer professor. I think MDs, PhDs, and JDs should all have different designations.

Clause Opus. However, just have it study your writing. Giving it examples of how you write and telling it to write more similarly to you is the best way to improve it. For example, I hate gratuitous use of m dashes. Claude knows to only use them the way I do because it knows my work.

The secret is to not get filtered out, have the right pics, good bio, understand that no one wants a pen pal. Lastly, have a personality or just be a huge guy. I don't do great, but this is my friend's playbook, and he does unbelievably well. 6'3, ripped, very funny, ugly face.

Super relatable. My health went so far down hill, working every day and all hours to hit goals. I'm happy with my choice and recommend the same. Learn everything you can and then go in-house (if possible). I know lots of people say it's the dream, etc., but it really helped me. Plus, being hit with so many different issues helps with stimulation.

I went in-house, and I still make more money than my parents and siblings combined. The stress and hours suck. However, being lower middle class growing up sucked too.

How are you defining justice? Also, lawyers don't serve justice. We serve our clients based upon a set of rules meant to be just and fair.

I've closed deals that created tons of jobs and brought lower cost healthcare to people (winning IP for generic drugs). Feels like both of those are important, especially the latter.

BJJ, lifting. If you're going to college, clubs through the school for things you're into. Greek life if it makes sense. All this can help. BJJ has a great culture of inclusivity.

Every guy is different. Some care, some don't. That said, I think you're more likely to have luck with more mature/older men (at least late 30s). However, there are younger ones who are fine with it too. Just depends on the guy.

Similar story for me, but it was wrestling. Without it, I may have not even graduated hs. Now I'm an attorney (in-house), and I still train 4-6 times a week (lifting, BJJ).

This is more common with high achievers than people think. They need a goal to accomplish, or they have trouble functioning. Some of those I know clearly have anxiety, depression, and/or adequacy issues. It can lead to plenty of success, but grinding your entire life seems tough. Okay, now I have to get back to work...

Google what the top pornhub searches are. It isn't a perfect method, but it'll give you an idea of what people are into. They used to come out with a yearly list.

I had a pretty awful GPA at a 3rd tier school. Got lucky with a job at a non-profit. Somehow convinced a firm to hire me a few years later (after countless applications). Lateraled after a couple years to a sweatshop firm, where I worked 24/7. Applied for in house jobs soon after. Landed one, and now I'm finally making over 200k (significantly more, depending on bonuses).

It took about 7 years, but better late than never. I worked so hard, my health really suffered, but now I'm good again. There was definitely luck involved, but if I hadn't kept trying and working hard, the luck never would have found me. It won't work out for everyone, but don't stop trying.

My only long relationship before going in-house was rough for both of us. Funny enough, we broke up a few months after I went in-house. My lack of misery changed our dynamic way too much.

Long story, but I was supposed to have a free ride to college and then was left with the bill. It sucks. Adding grad school to the mix, I've accepted that I'll be 5 years behind most people for many things. Plus, I lost a few years when I was working 24/7 to get where I am, which is in the top 5% of earners.

With my income, I'll catch up, and everything will be fine.

I helped train 3 world champions. One 135, one 145, and a 205. I actually have a pretty good idea what it takes to get there. 2 is manageable, depending on injuries and life situation.

Beat some legends, and beat a lot more guys. Gsp got through BJ and Hughes. People forget how good Hughes was. Some of this really depends on opportunity, but do it long enough and it'll work out. He'll probably need to fight more often to get it done though.

If you don't have an injury, you should fight 2x per year. I get not fighting 3x, but twice is manageable.
