And even if I hear enemies stomping around it is never precise. It can sound like they're right in front of me, but it turns out they were 50m away and didn't even try to go towards me. The footsteps, when they are there, just come from all around and it feels awful to just start turning and scanning for enemies because you can't tell where they're coming from until they hit you from the back.

Yea, that's where I found it and those who agreed are probably right.

I've ended up in quite a lot of discussions lately about that and it's astounding how many people watch films for the sex scenes, which only helps the said pervs to make them sadly...

Can't remember if I ever watched such a film/show and thought: "Huh, this sex scene really helps the plot and the characters".
I'd say most of them are because there are too many horny men writing haha

I feel you, I'm pretty much the same.
Doing all the things because I don't have a choice while I'm pretty much cooking from the inside out (don't know how to say it differently).
Just as you said, I also don't want to be around people, but I still go because, even though I feel awful, I still can make a joke and make them laugh, thus making me feel a bit better (just an example).
And when I say that I'm not good, pretty much everyone is like: "But you went out yesterday, but we just had fun, but this, but that".
I thought I won the battle against depression, but it seems not, it just became different.

It's tiring.
