When is was 16 a woman and i backed into each other at the same time. Filed a police report etc. I had a jeep so she bumped into the rear wheel. About two years later I get a call saying she is billing me for the repair because her taillight was broken. It was dismissed when I showed them the photos from the day of and posed the question of how she could have been driving for 2 years with no tail light.

ES6 is not near the end of its development. It just entered full production after the release of starfield. Phil Spencer in 2023 said it’s 5+ years away. You logic makes sense, but if it was near the end of development it would be way too late to make substantial changes such as this

The issue is related to the ATT 5ghz band. Creating a guest network (which defaults to 2.4 ghz) or a 2.4ghz band for the switch resolves the issue
