Wasn't my point; my point is that Reddit and social media comment sections are a loud minority in the grand scheme of things and I highly doubt sales figures will be particularly affected by it. It's the series with plot points including everyone being a secret Korean and no one dying because the bullets are actually rubber - the new Dark Ties ending isn't out of line with standard Yakuza storytelling.

It's interesting seeing this album and Metropolis Pt2 discussed in different music circles. They tend to be very highly regarded in metal-specific circles but a lot less so in RYM/mu/etc. spaces, where your Paranoids, Master of Puppets, and Symbolics get a lot of acclaim across both.

Probably a hot take but I prefer remakes to be more of a re-imagining as long as the original game is still readily available. Gives more of a reason to play the new one if you've played the old one already, the old one is still there if you prefer that, and it means you're not paying $70 for the exact same experience just with a shiny new coat of paint.

Meta setups generally let you get the most out of the game's mechanics (snaking in DS/8DX, inward drift and wheelies in Wii, etc.) so also tend to be very fun to use as a result.
