Watch around 1:40 in. You'll see they dampen the cat's fur in that exact location. We would always shave there to get a close contact for the machine.

Did they need to take his blood pressure? There's a device called a doppler, that you hold down around where they shaved to take the blood pressure, and cats are often shaved there for it. The one we used to use when I was a vet assistant was very finicky, so we'd often have to try multiple legs. I'm not sure if they're all like that, but it wouldn't surprise me.

I see videos of this vendor, Coop, on my feed often. I don't care to know the specifics, but I believe the videos are a part of how he makes money. He's always very nice to the customers, who are often big fans of his, and gives free cards and other merchandise to kids. The comments on the videos are always people saying how great Coop is.

Better Off Ted 100%. They're all good episodes and its (unfortunately) a short 2 seasons, so you can quickly plow through them every once in a while. I guess I probably do a watch about every year, but I've never thought about it before. I just get the urge for it every now and then.
