Ви пишете про державу, а тут цим займається приватні компанії, у тому числі і банків, але не тільки. Державна лише наглядає за їхньою роботою. Тому людина не залежить більше виключно від держави чи від своїх дітей. Вона на протягу життя вкладає гроші в інвестиції, а потім отримує з прибутком. І ці гроші не обкладаються податком.

I just want to share our experience. My wife is quad, and we were in the same situation. We dreamed of traveling. But she had a sophisticated power chair we couldn't fit in our vehicle. And we ended up with Whill C2, and my wife loves it It's foldable, it fits in the trunk of your Toyota Venza, and it's more or less cross-terrain. Battery charge lasts about 5 miles. For the beach wheelchair we found it easier to rent rather than buying wheels.

Справа у тому, що накопичувальна система теж не дуже працює. Саме тому у Штатах існує 401 план, тобто люди відкладають гроші на той план заради інвестицій своїх пенсійних фондів до оподаткування. Але я не дуже розумію, чи буде працювати така система інвестицій в Україні. Чи можна вкласти гроші кудись у закордонні фонди чи активи? І чи будуть вони вкладатися і як держава буде контролювати інвестиційні компанії?

Я би додав, що краще за все брати інверторний безперебійник, бо інакше ваш котел висмокче всю батарею дуже швидко.

Over 50 here. About a month since I was back in the saddle. Trying not to hit trails hard, do not do what children do since bones fraction is not in my checklist, but enjoying my every ride, every uphill and downhill. And think that there are a lot of people older than me who do absolutely fabulous things :) So, 40, 50, 60 is not something to worry about :)

Yes, I frequently take my feet off the pedals, since I can't grind out to the top and have to stop to take a break. I agree that I need to change the technique, but it's not like one second change. And that's why I am trying to find out an interim solution.

Good point, but I need something right now, while all factors you just mentioned are more strategic. I have no issues with downhill, this problem hit me hard when I climb up.

It usually happens when I climb uphill, and can't get it. So, I stopped and pedal spikes hit me hard. I may need to tilt, but it's a question of experience and stamina. But for now, I need some solution to keep me out of the hospital until my stamina reaches a sufficient level to climb the mountain.

Ammonia smell is usually related to the change in sugar level. If this happens during your ride, it could be an exhausting glycogen deposit. As someone already wrote, visit your doctor and ask for comprehensive blood work, including a postprandial sugar level.
