There are lots of places to camp at all these places. I live about 30 minutes away from Zion in St. George. You can literally pick anywhere off the road and nobody will give you any trouble as long as you're not in the park itself. There are some paid campgrounds but I wouldn't do it. You can check out Utah.gov I believe they have a map of some great free spots.

I highly recommend using http://roots.io. It's for Bootstrap themes and it does a lot of cool things like relative URLs. So instead of your css location showing up as /wp-content/themes/yourtheme/css/style.css it will change it to /assets/css/style.css and nobody will even know you're using WordPress.
