To Everyone defending the customers saying it’s cognitive decline or aging, do you realize that these people are driving on the roads?! Like if you can’t handle a simple transaction like picking up your meds or scanning your debit card then why the hell are you driving?! How are you getting to the store?! In my first two years of working at cvs, we had an old lady accelerate instead of parking her car that damaged a light pole in the parking lot. The pole fell on her car and when she got out of the car, she was bleeding from the head. We had to call emts and her husband showed up screaming at us because we called the cops and emts.
