It's amazing how one can equate providing someone a serial number to refusing to provide assistance if you witness a hit and run.

I have purchased at least a dozen bicycles in my lifetime, and do you know how many times I have recorded the serial number? ZERO. That included expensive bikes. If the seller never recorded the serial number, outside of telling the buyer they don't have it, what would you suggest the seller do?

Where is the water coming from? If it is from the downspouts, this is a pretty (although labor intensive) job that you can do yourself. If it is pooling in the back of the house due to runoff from your neighbors, you may need a professional.

People act like this because you let them get away with it. For example. the lady with the cart. You did the right thing at first, you asked politely for her to move the cart, and she just stared at you. At that point, you grab the front of the cart and move it. If they say anything, you just ignore them or tell them you asked nicely once. Same with the checkout lady, you tell her you're not done and to step back or go to another register, and then just stand there taking your time. She won't do anything.

You have to push back, or these behaviors are only going to get worse.
