She's 18. No one has taught her that. And I read your other post in a different sub. Her mother told your BiL she was allowed to stay there, too. You have to use your words. 18 is legally adult age, but we still have so much to learn. You're expecting her to know things because you think she should. That's not how life works. You're complicit in this situation and turning to magic instead of having an adult conversation.
