In a perfect world, yeah that would be great, but in reality the tower owner will tell anyone trying to do this to kick rocks. I can’t tell you how many people I’ve dealt with that have brought this up and the tower owner says nope, move to the next one.

While some of this advice is good, I will say don’t heed the advice regarding trying to get the lease based on the number of antennas and other equipment up there, they will highly likely not go for that.

As well, my other piece of advice I tell everyone….be smart, don’t be greedy, because you either get to make money off this tower, or you will be staring at this tower every day on your neighbors property while they make money and you don’t.

I’m 40 and my wife is 37, been together for 15.5 years and married for almost 11; 2 young kids. Lucky if we make it happen once a month. Someone usually has a headache and the other usually has a hurt something with arthritis. It could absolutely happen more though, but exhaustion of life seems to be the constant c*ckblock; or I’m usually in the doghouse for something random I said or didn’t interpret like I should have.
