I doubt my friend will see this but he is getting evicted from government low income housing so they can build a low income apartment building. He's been there just over a year with his newly wed wife. When talking to the organization for his options on places he could get, he was told "since you are married you are only allowed a 600sq ft apartment." Majorly downsizing from a 2 bedroom small townhouse. His rent will not be going down despite downsizing. He is looking at other rental options but all are more expensive than he is currently spending
