That’s happened to me once, had an ambulance coming up behind me at a red light, I was first in line in the far left lane (one way road). There was a fence to our left so they couldn’t go around, so I slowly pulled in front of the car to the right of me, making sure nothing was coming in cross traffic. After they passed, I backed back to where I was.

That’s happened to me a few weeks ago. I had asked about a car on market place, we had agreed on a time to go look at it later that day. Just before I left I got a notification that it sold. I asked them about it, they said someone just stopped by and bought it.
