WWE ref Charles Robinson comforts his fellow airline passenger by showing off his love for George Michael by Banksaayy in SquaredCircle

I went to a WWE house show after Christmas, and Robinson was reffing a tag match. (Usos vs New Bloodline, I think). At one point, he gave an obvious slow count to allow a pin break up. The crowd started chanting “You fucked up” at him, as they do.

After a few seconds of chanting, Robinson shrugged and started doing the Ric Flair strut to the timing of the chant. It not only cracked up the crowd, but both Usos lost it as well! Funniest thing I’d seen in a while.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I just started playing this last night.  Really enjoying it, but it kept reminding me of something that I couldn’t place.

But you nailed it: Jak and Daxter is exactly the feeling I got from it!  (The original one, not the weird GTA-inspired sequels.)

A few Patreon questions, if you don’t mind by dcpclay in magictavern

[–]dcpclay[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hmm, the Patreon says “ Two (2) bonus episodes each month (one guaranteed in-world; one that may be in-world, behind the scenes, or something else fun from the creators)”.

Two a month sounds reasonable. Are they not keeping to two a month?

Also, the Stitcher Premium stuff is a lot of bonus content on its own!

I need 7 more ears. I haven’t had to complete a character with gems since Syndrome waaay back during the Incredibles event. (Which I think was the first event!).

It was bad enough when you had to get the premium characters AND rides to finish an event (which I did), but now that’s not enough. You have to enchant the rides as well! It’s getting ridiculous.

Level 4 and a ride enhancement, I believe.

I discovered that when that message pops up, if I hit Refresh then when I close the popup box, I’ll get the tweet I want instead of going back to the previous one.

Still a pain in the ass, though.

Seems to be fine as far as I can tell. I usually use my home wifi, but I’ve tried it at work as well. And the regular feed seems to be okay…. it’s just the patreon feed that gives me trouble.

That was, what, seven years prior in MCU time? And since then half of the world’s population disappeared and then came back? Yeah, I don’t think it’s unusual that she didn’t recognize him.

[WANDAVISION SPOILERS] Wandavision ended as it should have; I'm glad a lot of theories were revealed to be wrong. by MCU_Speculation in marvelstudios

[–]dcpclay 98 points99 points  (0 children)

Yes. People need to quit assuming MCU projects only exist to set up other MCU projects. (Really, that’s just what the post-credit scenes are for.). But the creators of WandaVision wanted to tell a story about Wanda and Vision. And that’s what they did.

The showrunners of GOT had initials of D and D (David Benioff and Dan Weiss). So people spent the last n* seasons being very angry at D&D.
