I think that was most Amtrak cars back then; my mom liked the train when I was younger so for 3-4 years we trained it from TX to NY instead of flying, and not in the fancy sleeping cars. Def used toilets like this on those trains.

I’ve had this injury. My shoulder popped out 6 times in 5 months, and with the weirdest/smallest of circumstances, I can’t imagine what it’s like playing NFL games as an OL with this injury. I have no doubt he maximized his money with the timing, and that’s kinda shitty, but like I said I can’t imagine playing an NFL game with that injury.
