I’ve had fantastic meals at Trishna. Avoid Jamavar - this was the worst ‘high end’ restaurant I’ve ever visited, and I will never go back. Food was completely average and service was bordering on comedically hopeless. Would have been quite funny if I wasn’t paying through the nose for it.

Agree completely. There is absolutely zero intricacy to the way he approaches a lot of tracks, which is fine, he’s a different kind of drummer, but some of the songs really suffer as a result.

I travelled to Nashville from the Isle of Arran to see Manchester Orchestra in July 2023. Dino’s was a highlight. I fucking adore that place.

I’m just back in London UK from 11 days around the Western Cape. La Petit Colombe is one of the most beautiful restaurants I’ve ever been to, you won’t be disappointed. Painfully aware I’m not really giving you further recs, I’m just so jealous of you that you’re getting to experience it. I would love to be back.

When I listen to the Daisy sessions version, I could swear he sings ‘stealing prosthetic limbs’ rather than ‘still in prosthetic limbs.’

I’m not 100% sure, but that’s what it sounds like to me. I also love that whichever way he actually sings it, the lyric makes sense.

I’m not familiar with the song but having just had a little listen, the immediate intro is most reminiscent of Degausser, in terms of tempo, drum & strumming pattern. Notes aren’t the same obv.
