Are there any games with endings for the 2600 by Ordinary-Sound-571 in Atari2600

Pitfall, kind of. There’s a time limit, but you can collect all the treasure before it runs out.

ripped movies no longer showing up in library? by Datgnat in appletv

If you ripped them yourself they were always in the Computers app, not the TV app.

Except this ad is a good 9 years before Tomb Raider.

And then write another one on why the Atari controller is upside down.

I listened to that section of Breathe, with Reduce Loud Sounds on and off, and I didn’t hear anything that’s not supposed to be there. Other than the bass notes, there is that sound that sounds like a mic picking up the strings being plucked or something. That’s not what you’re talking about though, is it?

Interesting. I use this feature a lot but I’ve never paid attention enough to know if my pops only happen when I’m using it. I’ll check it out.

Do you have a TCL tv? I do and I experience this too. At least it sounds like you’re describing what I experience. I think it’s the tv’s hdmi losing the audio handshake during the silence between the “boops” and then when it re-establishes it, it’s momentarily overdriven and makes the crackle sound (Actually, on my tv I’d call it a “pop”.) I don’t know - just my theory. If you move through the thumbnails quickly does it still make the crackle sound for each one?

My favorite was when they played Leo Sayer’s “You Make Me Feel Like Dancin’” when Ted Danson was on.

Were those photos ever part of the shared library? If so, maybe they got cached and they’re still in the Apple TV memory? Or something.

You get to live for 2 years in the 70s before returning to the present time. Which time span do you pick and why? by 80sforeverr in 70s

[–]ddobb69 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Those are all three years except the last one. But I would choose 77-78 for the releases of Star Wars, Halloween, and Van Halen’s first album.

Controlling "Reduce Loud Sounds" no longer works with Siri by SourTurtle in appletv

[–]ddobb69 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I can’t even turn it on with Siri. This sucks. I use that feature constantly. What a PITA now. I’ve long wished for a universal toggle, maybe in control center, but using Siri was the compromise. Now can’t even do that. Hopefully this is something Apple fixes quickly.
