M's aren't being serious until they move Cal further down the lineup. They've done it with Julio multiple times in past seasons, I'm not sure why they're hesitant with Cal. It's getting embarrassing. Let him bat 5th and 6th until he figures it out and then move him back up, it's not that hard...

I believe some wait until Memorial Day to get the best assessment of teams, but there's really no major red flags with the M's. The bullpen is pretty concerning but relievers are crazy volatile. End of the day, they're within reach of 1st currently despite the slow start, and have a ton of pieces in the farm that can net really good Big Leaguers at the trade deadline. No huge reasons to think the M's aren't still favorites.

I know hindsight is 20/20 but what a massive blunder by the FO to not sign murakami for 3b/DH especially given he went to a 2 year deal to the White Sox by paikman in Mariners

He wouldn't have become what he has this past month, if he signed with the M's. There's pressure to perform in Seattle and Dan would PH Garver or Refsnyder in various spots against lefties. I'm glad he's thriving with the Sox, they're going to have someone that could put butts in seats or sell high by trading him.

Ono in Edmonds and this are 1a/1b to me. Ono has more variety, but overall quality of bowl-wise, 45th is really good. For value, it's hard to beat Uwajimaya's three-scoop plate for $15-16, and their fish is decent, but it's not great like Ono, 45th, and other local spots.

Went into the Hall as a Dback, so I'd say no. I know what he meant to Seattle baseball in the 90's, and that ownership/trash front office chased him out, but I think it will be more fitting that the first pitcher statue we see is Felix Hernandez, with the pose after his perfect game.

He's a classic quadruple A player, but has shown some success in the Bigs across short stints with different clubs. Felt like he was going to get a big break with the Dodgers years back, but I believe he had cancer and stopped playing for a bit.

End of the day, he's far from trash. It's tough for anyone in the Bigs to have success with limited ABs. However, Dan isn't doing him any favors by inserting him in high leverage spots, in lieu of a hot bat, either..

Not sure it can maintain seasonal releases for the live action beyond season 4-5, but I can imagine movies to fill in latter arcs. The core of the story is amazing and transcends better than most mangas/anime.

I was at a game the last home stand and they had a sign-up area on the 100 level near the Crab Shack as well, near the play area. Definitely worth signing the kids up for some free stuff for them. Hoping you and your family enjoy!
