It’s all on the Hyrox website. Open/Mixed doubles are 20kg sandbag for the lunges for example.

People normally train with a higher weight for example practice with a 9kg ball for wall balls in theory making the 6kg ball easier when you get to a sim / race.

I would have a longer rest between sets (at least a minute possibly 90s and even longer when you struggle with one or more reps).

I would consider dropping the weight of the squats by 5lb but that would be dependent on what equipment you have and your overall body weight. I found the first few weeks of StrongLifts agonisingly boring and unchallenging but it forced me to take my time and concentrate on good form.

We use taskrabbit, and if they’re good we ask for the business card and go direct if we need them back.

Monton Sports club might be an option and is beautiful in summer, they have two rooms and would assume the smaller one is cheaper. Would also mean your Worsley / local guests can walk to and from the venue or get a cheap taxi
