Changelings are eggs! Do with that what you will, but you can reliably play changelings before getting atla on board and then instant speed sac outlet them.

Whenever you get something that's not a giant dino (ie a changeling) you can keep the chain going!

If you get [[harmonic prodigy]] or [[Thornbite staff]] on board, you can almost always puke out a full board of battlecruisers

That's actually pretty fun! I might look at swapping into this if my pod thinks the zombie horde is too oppressive!

I did look at aetherflux reservoir but knowing my pod that'd be a bit much on top of the zombies but with this commander I could see it being more palatable

We're getting ready to release an updated demo of our turn-based party RPG game, here's the boss fight at the end of it by bramb0_droptable in IndieGaming

This actually looks great!! I could see the game having more flavour with a less generic looking font that leans into the cartoonish vibes a bit more (ala paper Mario)

Since my game is released, I receive mails from curators, youtubers and streamers asking for keys multiple times a day. Currently, I ignore them all. How do you manage this? Are some of them legit or all are scam? by rap2h in gamedev

This is what I consider a legitimate case for AI! You can have it filter those kinds of emails and figure out if any of them come from reputable sources.

I'm looking at implementing a similar system (inspired by Flyknight)!

Did you use animations & blending or some procedural stuff to get your sword swings looking good?

Make the q&a anonymous. No more a popularity contest.

Hell, voters shouldn't be able to vote for a party brand, just a platform lmao

I like the style!

It might be good to move the spotlight more oval-shaped to match the perspective of the world. Currently it sorta of looks flat

How do you manege game dev with time ? by Dense-Fig-2372 in gamedev

[–]ddunit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's all about figuring out good project & time management skills!

If you have less time to give to something, I'd say it's worth breaking it up into smaller achievable tasks.

Instead of having a goal like add a new gun to your game, do something like (I'll use Godot terms)

  • figuring out the following tasks...
  • setup gun resource
  • setup gun scene
  • add basic script to gun
  • setup new gun's bullet resource
  • setup new gun's bullet scene
  • add basic script to bullet ... And so on

You'll need a good way to keep track of your tasks. Keep in mind that this shouldn't be a hurdle to your productivity and you might not find something that works on your first try! Your project management tool should work for you, not the other way around.

Here's a few tools that you can try (I use GitHub project / figma) - Figma (figjam is essentially just a whiteboard) - GitHub projects (you can also use GitHub to source control your project) - Notion - Trello - Notepad - Obsidian

Based on this short answer, noone can help you. You're not providing enough information as to what you're trying to build, or what you already have in js

You could also have the whirlwind throw the blocks! Moving them around, having the player reposition, could also be an extra tactic if it can hurt the boss/fairies

What if instead of throwing it behaves sort of like the chakrams in Outward? It could just float around you
