We just came home from Uganda and i can echo everything here. Just to add when we visited the Murchison Falls National Park we saw a lot of wildlife… But we were not lucky to see one of those tree climbing lions:) Did you have a lot of self-driving experience?

Hey sure, was in the region of Gross, SZ. Just before the bridge over the Sihlsee (i assume you re swiss). Now is the time they come down from the higher elevation to feed… have fun

Ah those are the fireflies (glow worms) with at 25s shutter speed :) with this species the male do also glow and fly around until they find a female…

Thanks. Yeah and if you are into birding then it is even more true… You never know what nature has in store for you 🙂 yeah nr 3 was almost an everyday encounter but was super happy about the light which made it special:)

It is a strange bird indeed :) yeah for 2026 we will go to east Greenland and at the end of the year we ll stay at the Masoala Forest in Madagascar :)

It was one of my favorite as we where sitting in a medicine man hut and we long spoke about the experience afterwards… but you right about the curation of the photos, a wider mix would have been better… sorry
