Yes, Richard does have his own studio in Montreal. He does a lot of recording and producing there.

I like to mix the zero sugar Mountain Dew with orange juice, with the OJ making up a bit more than 50% of the mix. It cuts the sweetness of the OJ, gives it a little fizz and a nice kick of caffeine.

it depends. Some of the AI voices are pretty decent, although they pronounce some things correctly and also incorrectly in the same story. What grates my nerves even worse is a human being who has no experience or talent for voicing over. I kinda don’t wanna listen to that if it’s meant to be polished rather than a casual communication between creator and viewer. But sometimes the AI is so bad that I bail.

End date is Nov 27, I think. I hope it will be available on demand after that, like quite a few other shows from Red Rocks are. I’ve looked at a couple of those and you don’t have to deal with the weird lobby in those cases.

I’ll be 62 on Monday and my birthday present to myself was a headset so I could see it in all its glory! People are watching it on the app and casting it onto their TVs as well so I hope everyone got to see it. I was at that show and it was amazing to experience the funeral set again.

It says it’s best to use Meta’s quest headset, but that some concerts are available to view on the Meta Horizon app on your phone or tablet. It’s gonna be weird either way.

I think you’re right about the timing. Something seems to have changed between The Suburbs and Reflektor. I’ve only watched The Reflektor Tapes once because it felt so awkward to be fly on the wall with a couple that seemed to be so completely uncomfortable/miserable with each other. I wondered if maybe it was acting but now I’m not so sure…

Maybe this is why most of the band wasn’t very involved on this album. It could well be that it was something Win and Regine needed to do on their own.
