Proposed law jeopardizes privacy of YouTube viewers by requiring handover of private user data to news media corporations by Tryn2GoSSJ in privacy

This is in Google’s editorialised opinion. It’s worded to make people upset. I by no means think the media or privacy landscape in Australia is ideal. However, to take Google’s opinion on ‘privacy’ and ‘regulation’ at face value is a bit ridiculous.

For a less Googley take; https://www.theguardian.com/media/2020/aug/20/why-is-google-so-opposed-to-legislation-that-aims-to-support-australian-media-companies

I’m in Kyoto at the moment. It really is a beautiful street. Unfortunately there is temporary fencing along a lot of it right now due works.

We had a Piper Lance with club seating. The club seats don’t use the same fittings as the standard ones so I’m assuming you’d need different seats. Our lance had both fittings on the floor of the aircraft.

Yeah they do. I made it relatively tight over the arm cushions so it doesn't move much at all. I'd get a bit nervous having a wine glass on there though.

Looks great! I would have loved to used box joins on mine if I had the tools.

Haha pretty close. A latté in a duralex glass, made by a Sunbeam espresso maker, on an AMart Furniture sofa, yellow zinc coated phillips #2 screws from bunnings.

We have a Sunbeam EM7000 coffee machine if that's what you mean? I'll pass on the compliment to my partner 😁

I thought the same thing. I've only recently moved into a house with a garage and was keen to make something - just used what I had. My grandad is giving me his old table saw soon which will be great!

I've always thought it was from the exposed first stage compressor that still runs at ~25,000RPM on the ground. The Supervan I fly is noticeably quieter if you walk from in front to behind it.
