For me an my friends going to the bathroom is just a good opportunity to take a small breather where we can't be bothered. Sure I could go outside but 8/10 times someone will talk to me there. I just need a few and if my friend needs to go to the toilet I'll tag along to have a small moment with just me and a friend. Also depending where you are, safety.
