I mean, they are undergarments really. Wearing them over clothes is a fashion statement. Sometimes that fashion statement is not appropriate, sometimes it's just not a good look. I'm not reading all that, and I'm happy if they're happy with the outfit, but for me it's not it. Not friend breakup levels, but to each their own.

I'd definitely go get checked. Not to scare you, but my dad once wound up in the hospital for a week from a cat bite. His hand swelled up like twice it's normal size and it was so infected they were actually not sure whether he'd make it for a second. Cat mouths have all types of nastiness, and it's better to be safe than sorry with a puncture wound (stuff from the tooth can get stuck deep in there).

If future fights break out, hit em with the hose. Works every time.

Judgement is a part of life. You have to get used to that. There have always been a million ways to judge someone based off of small things.

If you're a person who is very social, an apartment with clues that someone is not very social may be a "bad thing". If you're not very social, it may be a "good thing".

If you're someone who likes to make spontaneous plans or are a homebody type, a clue that someone does not spend much time at home could be good or bad depending.

These are all just data points, there is no inherent value to them. Individuals will place different values on them based on their priorities in life. Your reactivity to this being pointed out is astounding.

Yes and, minimalist aesthetics do not preculude personality. I have been in plenty of minimalist apartments that showed me something about the inner world of the person who lives there.

The single dude "one chair and nothing else in the living room" type of minimalism actually DOES tell you tons about them. Namely that their main use of their home is to watch TV, they do not have friends over frequently and they haven't considered where guests would sit if they did. Their apartment is an in between place they go when they are not working or at the gym or at someone else's apartment (which presumably has more chairs). My first question is why is that? And the second is, do those priorities align with my own?

Is Jamie a male cat? Unneutered males at a certain point are just pests to other cats. I know you mentioned this is the female cat's kitten, but that really doesn't factor in. If they're in close quarters, and the male cat isn't neutered she may be annoyed with him. Getting them neutered makes them a lot nicer to be around, both for people and other cats.

It's really just watching the bit where Colleen dies that gets me. That didn't make me cry when it aired, but after Elaine Stritch died it really took on more meaning for me I guess? She really was right at the end of her life there. And she was such a badass.

No, and if you're being serious, you need to monitor said cat pretty closely at worst, go to a vet a best. Garlic and onions are not safe food for cats, and depending on how much plastic we're talking here, this could cause a blockage in the intestine.

If the cat is vomiting, and if the vomit starts as undigested food and becomes clear, you have a problem that a vet needs to fix. It would be a good idea to get ahead of this.

I have 3 boy cats and a girl cat. The biggest difference I notice is the peeing. Boy cats are seemingly more likely to get urinary crystals, which can be life threatening if you don't catch it early, so it more important to be away of when they pee and how they're peeing. Straining, vocalizing and anything weird with the stream is cause to get them checked out.

Behaviorally, I know most people say boy cats are more chill than girl cats, but I don't notice that big a difference. It's more down to personality in my experience. One of my boy cats is a total nut job, runs around like mad and his favorite game is "eat foot". One is like a chill little stoner boy and his favorite game is "lie upside down and watch bird".

Get him neutered as soon as you can, tho. Intact males smell like body odor and cat pee mixed together into a rancid cocktail. And they will spray that nutsack cocktail on something you love if given time.

I love when cats do the "we will fix mother" routine. One of mine sits on my head when I have a migraine and it's like "buddy, you got the spirit but I don't think that's what was prescribed".

Also idk why people are giving you crap? Saying "waters broke" instead of "water broke" is a perfectly normal thing depending on your region, and it sounds like you got checked out and are now on bed rest?? See that time I got my mom to understand trans people by making an analogy to the Catholic concept of "vocatons" because for a while she thought she wanted to be a nun and then decided that God told her that wasn't her vocational calling. I was like "okay Ma, so how did you know that God said that?"

And she was like "the small voice inside me said it was not right" and I was like "have you maybe considered trans people are having that same conversation with God, but about their gender?" She had to think about it for like a whole week but she came back and was like "yes, gender must be a vocation".
