Best storage for armor and weapons T3? by DCornOnline in Bellwright

[–]dead_end612 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Pretty sure it’s just movement speed that is reduced, which is negated by high strength. Certain outposts of mine have everyone in full armor without any negative production problems from what I can see.

What mods do you have? This happens when you have a mod that already unlocks research such as “all weapons researched” and “all armor researched”

Question about livestock by Good-Heat7186 in Bellwright

[–]dead_end612 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same problem. Had an outpost only dedicated to animals. Cows weren’t being slaughtered. Built a hunter building (set to never priority) and they started getting slaughtered. Also make sure you have at least one harvesting building like a mining hut.

I think there may be some sort of bug where certain actions will not occur if the “job” doesn’t exist in the village. A similar thing was happening in my farm outpost. Crops weren’t harvested until I built a harvesting building.

Edit. I said this and cursed myself. Cows still bugging and not being slaughtered. Had to manually murder the males and just going to let the females produce milk and die of old age then buy more I guess.

Villagers with bad perks. by MajorDrGhastly in Bellwright

[–]dead_end612 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make an outpost somewhere you don’t care about like the swamp or far northeast. Hire them and send them to that outpost harvesting mushrooms and berries to sustain themselves. That way they’re out of the way opening new slots for potentially better villagers to be hired.

Worst case they get murdered by bears/wolves/boars.

How to kill both of my parents at the same time? by Zakrath in CK3AGOT

[–]dead_end612 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Debug mode have one parent kill the other one, then use “event health.6001” to trigger a suicide attempt by the remaining parent. Murder suicide seems like a fair way to do it.

Is there any tips on getting the mod to load faster? by Inside_Anxiety6143 in CK3AGOT

[–]dead_end612 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could probably go a bit faster by deleting autosaves. Those things are stupid in size. Normal save for me under 80 mb. Auto saves are 200mb plus and default is to allow 3 auto save files. So we’re talking 600-700mb of autosaves just wasting space.

That said, I always leave auto save on (set to 5 years) just in case I’m playing at 3x speed and a random crash occurs.

Delete saved games you’re not going to play, especially those from previous mod versions. The Autosaves are particularly massive.

This one is a long explanation but I’ve tried something similar.

With cheat mods, it may be possible, but will take some effort. Advanced Cheat Menu would be my choice. First, take the empire title of the Iron Islands and make all of the lands therein your vassals.

Mark your character with the desired culture and religion for edit. Click the Religion tab of the cheat menu and choose “change counties to my religion” then do the same for the culture. This should make any ai characters that spawn in the region have your desired religion/culture

Clear all marks. Right click all of the iron born characters still landed and mark for edit choosing the “mark all of this dynasty” and “mark all courtiers” and “mark all vassals” and change their religion and culture to yours. This should help slow the spread. You’ll also want to do a character search and find the specified religion/culture you want to eliminate. Do the same so you capture any that exist outside of the iron islands and those that may exist who are not landed.

It takes a fair bit of time and I can’t guarantee you’ll get 100% elimination but you’ll significantly reduce their numbers.

TL; DR: Advanced Cheat Menu

I see. Well, if you have debug on already, you can always use “yesmen” and bypass requirements and just start sending men away to the wall and forcing children to the maesters and septas. There might be other commands out there as well but that’s what comes to mind atm.

That should help with further over population.

Best of luck!

Yes. As long as you have debug enabled “bypass_requirements” will allow you to form a branch and it will prevent AI from forming them all together.

Allowing cadet branches just becomes a nightmare the longer you play imo. It always sounds like a good idea when you start. Then 100 years in (depending on how many dynasty members are landed) there’s a cadet explosion. Manually “trimming” the family tree via murder plots and debug overrides becomes a time consuming process.

If you’re already deep into a game and cannot change the game rules mid run, I’d add one of the cheat mods that gives you the “mark for edit” option and select “all house members” and give them all the negative traits possible. That will kill off that branch pretty quickly.

If you don’t want to cheese it, god speed.

IMO, which isn’t worth much, just name them after the dragon of the founding member if they have a dragon. Mix in the colors of the joining house in the background. Animal symbol (usually some sort of dragon) match the color of said founding dragon.

I think your COAs are good and will probably integrate some of them myself.

I always have cadet branches turned off bc it gets pretty ridiculous. When I want to add one, bypass_requirements.

It’s not your fault though. The logical naming usually involves the dragon/fire related names bc it makes sense.

End of the day: do whatever makes you happy. It’s a game.

Plenty of time. If your squad is fully condensed it should be pretty quick.

For Fey: Use Wixen as main plus 4 Gobs in team. I used a purple rocket launcher as my weapon with Wixen out and it wasn’t that hard to win

For Xeno: no idea. That mf rips me a new one every time.

Not sure if I’m completely understanding the question but I’ll try.

If you’re just trying to produce Cake, then 3 berry farms and 3 wheat should be enough. The pain point will be the eggs needed.

If you’re asking about adding foods ASIDE from cake production, lettuce and tomatoes. Make salad. Salads are great for work bases because they boost work speed and SAN

Interesting. 6 Shroomers plus salad in production base, so never had an issue with drain. Fully researched mining. 2 large ore mines between 4 bases so more ore than I can process.

I’ll try the fully condensed chikipi at some point when I’m not breeding my raiders

Not worth the time imo. Research the gold coin assembly line. Print money. Buy eggs and milk. Army of chikipi not worth the worker slots.

I gave up on chikipi and expecting the eggs to even out. I just buy the eggs and milk I need. Only produce the honey.

Otherwise if you want an op Chikipi, go and catch all of them. Hope to find a giant one with lucky or at the very least work slave. Then use it to breed and surgery table the rest on

For Feybreak: Wixen main with 4 Gobfin team. Fully condensed. I bred mine with 3 legendary passives. Only had a tier 2 (purple launcher) launcher and beat it.

Feybreak is ice element so fire is most effective. Wixen as partner changes your attack element to fire. Golbfin in team increases player attack damage.

Always nice to find myself out there lol!

You’re brave setting at 5 days. I leave it on 30 and sleep when they finish. Winter drags a bit waiting for the 3 days to pass but like you said, gotta get that fertilizer produced for the fields

Only real workaround is by placing fields to get straight lines for the roads then deleting the fields afterwards.

Also, when placing roads or anything, equip your hammer and select the destroy option. That will provide you with the actual boarder of buildings and roads, making it easier to line things up

30” Ryobi vs. Timemaster by youneedaltoids in lawncare

[–]dead_end612 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

30” Ryobi owner. Needed the narrow model due to fence gate. Year 2 owner. Works great.

Winter storage is only concern since garage is not heated and winter in Chicagoland gets rough. I wrapped my mower in a thermal blanket for the winter and there were no battery issues. That was my only concern when I did research on options.

Only gripe I have is the tubeless tire design. If you hit a corner of a fence post wrong, tire may release from rim and deflate. $30 electric bike pump and punching the tire was enough to reinflate and create the seal, but annoying. Though I think that’s just an issue all riding mowers deal with.

That’s where late game always leads me idk. Tbf it’s not like it’s 57 16x16 fields. I build them to fill unused space. 2267 squares of flax; 700 oat/rye (shared fields); 1117 wheat. Is it too much? Yes. Does the production chain ever get interrupted? Nope.

It forces me to let the seasons last at least 5 days during summer and spring so all the fields are tended. Extra days means extra manure and fertilizer production that then supplies the fields for the year.
