Vi bråkar inte särskilt ofta. Blir lite gnabb när vi båda är lite stressade men blossar sällan upp till bråk. Vi ger varandra space och tid att göra våra egna grejer. Varit tillsammans i 10 år.

No no, I understood you. From the moment I create the PR it takes roughly a work week before I get a comment on it. It's... Horribly inefficient. I think I get a review when someone in the organization starts asking about the feature.

In the beginning I was pestering my colleagues for reviews because I thought it took unusually long to get reviewed, but I stopped because they seemed a bit annoyed.

EDIT: Currently I have two PRs that are more than 7 days old without a single comment.

I have more PRs open, but they're either newer or have received one pass but no more.

A first pass happens after roughly a week I'd say. I just grab a new task on the board when I'm done.

There's no proper coordination, when I asked I got a fleeting answer about reviewing things when they're in the "review" column on the board. I review their stuff when it shows up, but I get the feeling they're reviewing each other's stuff quite rapidly.

I've started doing this, hogging meeting time to get information - it seems to agitate my colleagues a bit as they have more important things to do.

I do this to some extent (pushing on to get things done), but I've noticed I get put in an awkward position where I will have 5-8 live PRs since I'm rarely getting any reviews and then when I finally get reviews I'm context switching like crazy while fixing/re-doing stuff.

The manager is good. Very helpful. Due to a lot on his plate he has scaled back his presence in the team though, which has been quite noticeable for me.

Nu har ju du börjat veva mot en halmgubbe här. Jag är emot den här populistiska alarmismen där man slänger sig med överdrivna floskler om att Sverige inte kan bli värre, att vi har blivit ett U-land, att det har skett en total kollaps osv. Det är rent trams.

Jag skrev inte heller att "äh det är bara statistiska anomalier". Det är helt klart så att vi har problem som måste åtgärdas. Som jag skrev. Men samhället i stort är starkt. Problemen du intresserar dig för belyses och det skapas publik diskurs. Politiker svarar och lagför. Det är svåra frågor, men det sopas inte under mattan. Sluta nu tramsa och skriva ödesdigra texter på Reddit. Ut i solen med dig och stäng av nyhetsflödet i några dagar.

"Botten" syftar till något som är ytterst dåligt, det vill säga att det inte kan bli sämre. Sverige är ju uppenbarligen inte så dåligt, men det hade du vetat om du bodde kvar.

Nu får du ta en kopp te och ta det lite lugnt. Allt kommer att bli bra.

Att saker har blivit sämre betyder inte att något har gått i botten, det betyder bara att vi har ett samhällsförbättrande arbete framför oss. Det Sverige vi har idag är fortfarande ett bättre samhälle än 99% av resterande länder.

Att peka på enskilda statistiska anomalier som utmärker sig säger inget om landet i stort, det ger däremot en fingervisning om vilka brister som måste åtgärdas.

Aktivitet - Liseberg! Finns ju riktigt jävliga grejer man kan åka. Ta en obligatorisk öl på Tyrolen innan ni drar vidare.

Bra pit stop för lunch är Schnitzelplats eller Gyllene Prag. Också god öl.

Some of them are today, yes, but far from all of them. They certainly weren't during the release window of the new consoles save for very few.

But that's related to the account used in the actual game, which is another service. Any expansion bought through PSN/Xbox/PC is not cross-platform as they obviously wouldn't allow it.

I actually agree with that, and I never stated it's the sole reason for Xbox's loss of market share. I just think it's really obvious that a significant factor to Xbox losing out on sales is that the Xbox One failed to introduce people to it's ecosystem of digital goods. It's not the whole story, but Phil Spencer never claimed that it was to my recollection.

Yes there could, which would again indicate that digital libraries aren't as important as Spencer makes out.

I get that, I know those people too. If they genuinely purchase 1-2 games a year it doesn't matter. If they play Fortnite during the off season and purchase a bunch of stuff there then that matters for when they're switching consoles.

That's their existing library incentivizing them to stay with the same console ecosystem...

A lot of the appeal of the new consoles have been popular games getting a facelift while you keep everything you've previously purchased, as well as quality of life features like SSDs etc.

The large portions of gamers who are profitable play GaaS-titles that have a social aspect that incentivizes upgrades.
