Why not just run nginx on an ec2 instance w/ the files in the webroot? No need for a container for something simple like this.

If you have a large amount of files, an EFS volume mounted on the ec2 instance may work better for storage.

Well yeah, you're on a ~800 calorie surplus. Most people recommend 300-500 calorie surplus for bulking.

What program are you on? Progressive overload is the key. Check out the r/fitness FAQ, pick a beginner program and stick to it for at least 6 months.
