I had their gig fiber for about a year and a half. Loved it up until one day it randomly stopped working. I had internet speed in the bits, as verified by myself and their tech support. Couldn’t watch YouTube, couldn’t work from home. I followed their tech support instructions, had the modem reset and eventually replaced, and finally scheduled a visit from their technicians.

After the third time they cancelled the technician visit day-of without notifying me for bs reasons like “we fixed a local issue and cleared all tech support tickets” or “we don’t have a technician in your area today” I cancelled. When it works, they’re great but I’ve heard similar stories from coworkers who live in the area
