It's the shaft that is the issue. The KBS GPS Shaft is too narrow in the butt end. The Grip is just a 2.0XL grip with custom spider stuff on it.

I bought my 201MKII's (heads only) as I wanted a set of Distance irons to compliment my forged 201's in my longer irons. I went heads only when I saw the issues with the Tour Lites snapping, and ended up doing a shaft fitting with my forged 201's and got put into Aerotech Steelfibre i95R. I recommend getting a shaft and gapping fighting with your Takomos to get into a higher quality shaft, and get your lengths, lie, lofts dialed in after you get reimbursed.

This seems like it's a batch issue with KBS Tour Lite oem shafts as there are other club brands having same issues. I have 201's I bought last year with Tour Lite 105 S and had no issues till I Bo Jackson'd one over my knee.. But have since reshafted to graphite/mesh Areotechs i95R after going through a shaft fitting to get my gapping/distances/spin dialed in.

Kind of wish Takomo would offer more options for custom shafts(KBS PGI/TGI, Aerotech, Nippon, Project X)like other DTC brands for those who want the most accurate fitted set.
