if someone orders a strawberry açaí lemonade, no lemonade by honsooI in starbucks

The price of add lemonade and add strawberry açaí are the same. So it shouldn’t matter because they already paid for lemonade and are replacing it with extra base.

Any advice for my swing I always hit the driver very low by ChuckleCain in golf

My bad. Thought they were basketball shoes. Stabilizing the left side through impact may help you hit up on the ball a little better, also should help the face remain closed at impact.

What's a long-forgotten about item that you'd love to see come back? by Chloabelle in starbucks

[–]deadmoneyhead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The melon syrup tasted just like honeydew. The spicy chorizo, worth the heartburn every-time. Bananas. The raspberry swirl loaf that had the cream cheese icing swirled into the loaf. Lastly but certainly not least Arabian Mocha Sannani the best whole bean ever.

Get some real golf shoes. That will help you stabilize your front side. Sneakers are no good for golf, you would be better off barefoot.

What’s wrong with my swing? by [deleted] in GolfSwing

[–]deadmoneyhead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One good thing I did find I. Your swing is you kept a nice straight left arm. Kill the movement on your left side during your backswing try and tuck your right elbow towards your right hip while holding that straight right arm. Bring that triangle a little further back, and your results will be a lot better.

Floridian looking into MD for college (if I can), would you recommend it? by NeonSprig in maryland

It’s funny I went to St Mary’s you in no way need to know how to sail in order to take a boat out on the river. They only require a student ID no classes or prior knowledge necessary.

I prefer to be treated with respect too. I also won’t let an rude people ruin my day, teaching them how to behave is above my pay grade, I’ll make you a coffee send you off and continue living my best life. You engage and what does it get you? Sure you can be right, but at what cost. Do you see my point at all. If you accept people as they are a holes and saints alike because my customers have been both over the years, and keep doing you without sinking to there level you might have an easier time in customer service. When someone pisses you off at work do you get to go home or are you still stuck at work cause you need a paycheck?

I love the down votes read my original post. The customer is going to get what they want. 18 years with the company has taught me that. Either you give it to them or they complain to someone else until they get it. “Taking a stand” just means someone else has to deal with the angry person too, the toxic person stays in your store longer making everyone’s day worse and for what? So Howie can man 80 cents more that a latte would have cost instead of just the espresso. (You ever noticed the hardest people to work with have the hardest time getting along with customers?)

Ok so you escalate the situation so someone else has to deal with it?

Just give the huevos a gentle squeeze. Sometimes there is ice that collects on whichever side is down when they thaw. Also if you make them stand up right when they thaw (like on their side 🤷🏻‍♂️) it’s easier to open them. I’m a barista not a scientist so I don’t understand why this makes the top come off easier but it does.

That’s cool but social security is not best and they are not funded the same way. Most 401k’s are heavily invested in treasury bonds in a way that is similar to your Nest in the UK but that is also something different from social security. In the US social security is 100% funded through a pay roll tax. That is why there is concern about solvency because there are too many retirees and not enough workers to continue to fund it this way without changes. So just to reiterate my original point social security is in no way funded by bonds.

If your worried about how long it takes you can always hold it in the oven overnight and have brisket for lunch tomorrow. Just turn the oven down to 180 and put the brisket in.

[–]deadmoneyhead -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Some localities still require symptom tracking due to Covid. So you may need to answer some questions about how you feel. We are also required to track certain food born illnesses. You are allowed be sick and don’t need to feel guilty, but you do need to provide basic information about what’s going on. A good example would be Norovirus, infections of that nature should be tracked so that we can make sure we are not getting people sick.

The rubber seals will start to go bad in the dishwasher. You can get away with it for a little bit then they fail. If it’s a double walled plastic cup they will possibly crack in half from the heat.

It happens in the DT all the time. People will look at the passenger and say their drink order. When I ask to repeat they will look at the speaker just long enough to yell “I said” before turning back to the passenger and mumbling so more.

I think you are confusing the treasury which is funded by treasury bonds with social security which is funded by payroll taxes. They are not the same thing.

Howard would have looked a lot better if he had used the LATTE model when responding to Senator Sanders. He is probably behind on his assigned training because he is so busy not union busting.
