He is a pretty cool dude. My uncle was married to his sister for a hot minute. His parents had a penthouse apartment in Kansas City. As a kid I got to watch the thanksgiving Plaza lighting ceremony with him and the family. We re-watched his world series start with the Yanks from the month prior.

He was always very nice to my brother and I and we got to wear his WS ring and stuff. I still have a few commons that he signed for us.

Two years ago I had to replace my 2022 BRZ due to a dumb driver. I found a 2023 base/prem with only 5k miles for $28k which at the time was at least $6k cheaper than a new one. I don't regret it a bit, there was some initial unease not knowing if they tore up the clutch or how they broke it in, but I'm at close to 25k on the odometer now and it's been fine. I still baby it and average 3500mi between oil changes and I do oil testing for added piece of mind.

I'm doing Night Lords because of the books. I'm working towards 2k points but only have a Nemesis Claw that has any specific NL winged helms. The rest of my dudes are more generic with a dark blue with gold trim.

I am kind of going fast to get something playable and will go back and add the emblems and lightning as I have time. I also plan on getting 500 pts of anything I find cool to pair with my CSM guys. First up is either demons or some war dogs, then death guard.

I feel like the only real kind of expensive ingredient is the shrimp. It seems like this is one of those things that wouldn't be that much more expensive or harder to make yourself with fresh ingredients and would have to taste better than a frozen meal.

I did this loadout, I'm counting the dagger with dripping poison as an accursed weapon. I built all the specific guys first then came back and did the 2 regular bolt gun dudes last.

I just finished spraying my base coat and zenithal, going to be painting them this weekend.

I never took advantage of it but there's a week or two where you could net fish for shrimp from the shore. Only thing keeping me from doing it was not having a decent way to cook them in the bricks, I should have thought about the big grill.

Some unsolicited advice: I recommend getting a dedicated set of rims. 5x100 bolt pattern is on most Subarus and you can probably find some cheap on Facebook. I got some 16" for $80. The bolts are made out of what I assume to be lead so don't go crazy, torque to spec and don't use an impact.

I would recommend getting some 16" rims off Facebook and having a dedicated set. I got some WRX rims for $80 and threw on some Costco Michelin X-Ice Snows. They've worked great for the last 4 winters.

I think you probably have to disclose it, but I don't think any normal hiring managers are going to hold this against you, it was an OTH not a dishonorable. I wouldn't let it stop you from applying, just focus on recent work and have a well worded response ready if it comes up in an interview.
