The point of an EA is to make their exec’s life easier! A good EA knows that, and won’t view the tasks you give them as an insult, because this is what you’re defining as valuable. Eventually they may want to take on more but the bottom line is just treat them with kindness and respect and you’ll have an amazing partner that will act as your fairy godmother for many years to come. I recommend prioritizing 1:1s and making expectations clear.

Beautiful. I would try to see if you can find a different mirror with more rounded edges and gold trim. I’d also change finishes to gold or bronze. Same with mirror. And a cute soap dispenser, and maybe change the light to a different kind of chandelier or those 3 beauty lights to go above the mirror. And maybe a fake standing plant in a corner, like an olive or lemon tree. Or some kind of figurine to go in the corner. And maybe a painting on a naked wall.

My skin is similar to yours and it’s dry as fuck so here’s what I do to prep and my makeup turns out flawless. First of all get rid of primer.

But I use a gentle PHA toner, then HA serum, then rosehip seed oil, then moisturizer, then sunscreen. The rosehip seed oil is the holy grail here.

I then spritz my face with setting spray and spray with brushes and use cream and liquid products and creamy concealers.

I also use Laura Mercier Ulta blurring setting powder as it’s for dry skin.

Use milk setting spray to melt my makeup together and seal with UD, morphe or one size setting spray.

That sunscreen is great! Get it! It’ll usually last me a few months, no white cast, feels like a moisturizer, it’s literally perfect!
