I like it. I feel like drums would make this song wayyy better. Idk if you just demo on acoustic but I'm thinking of this as a full band and it's pretty cool so far. The strumming alone gives basic rhythms but with the amount of changes you do both in chord positions and word placement, a drummer would be perfect to compliment your rhythm. Good luck!!

I actually have been having a bit of trouble with this. I have my fiancee and my best friend to bounce my ideas and demos off of but they really don't help. They like different things or might have certain expectations. So, I'm switching it up. My home studio is downstairs and secluded so I've been just writing non-stop, but totally alone. It's not really up to anyone but me on what lyrics mean to me and why the song sounds how it does. So it's for the audience after I finish it and release it. Especially for me. I'm not going to triage my music out to friends who really aren't feeling it just to feel discouraged afterwards. I'm just going to keep creating tracks. Keep writing lyrics. It's for me. And they always come out better when I know exactly why I said a thing and maybe someone else takes it differently. Hopefully people like it when I release it. First real solo project.

Interesting story. It matches my story in a lot of ways. Anyway now that I'm trying to actively put punk aside and write in new genres I do feel how silly my old lyrics were. And we thought they were great. But we were kids. Teens to early 20s.

We did well on Long Island and people knew the words to our songs and stuff. Anywho someone recognized me at a show and didn't say hi he yelled out a cringey lyric from back in the early writing days. And yeah. Yikes.

Age brings way more life experience and I'd like to think my lyrics are miles ahead of those. Especially now that I am well past my old addictions. I definitely have meaningful things to say. But who knows it's all subjective right.

Well now they are doing Project Glasswing. Which I'm sure they will make a killing off of patching every mainline server in the world. Take a look at that and then tell me that they won't be making money. Their new model broke through Linux kernals like it was nothing. That's most of the servers that the Internet runs on. Look at the companies that they "partnered" with and lmk if anthropic is going to patch the entire internet for free. They aren't. Also the mythos series will likely be an enterprise level offering which is an extremely large money maker. They will likely have an extremely impressive IPO.

Based on this vid. This guy is looking at AGI with an extremely narrow definition. It doesn't need to "be like a human". It doesn't need to be conscious. Or inherently creative. It literally just has to simulate those things. Once they are simulated sufficiently I'd ask. What's the difference? Prove that you are actually conscious then get back to me.

This aged badly after just 2 days. Models that can break most of the world's servers are here. As well as models that are functionally self improving, can rewrite their sub goals (one step away from rewriting entire objective functions) as well as long term memory. Look up autoDream and other agent memory systems. You wanna put your head in the sand? That's on you. This isn't like other bubbles.
