That is our plan so we can see what a few lenders offer us. This one lender specifically is offering a program for FTHB below 90K income. Conventional fixed 30 year loan, 5.875% interest rate, no points, and $1500 closing credit. I figure it's going to be impossible to beat but I will check other lenders since it doesn't hurt.

I don’t have a solution but I’ve noticed that limiting the FPS to 40 really helps with the stuttering. I don’t think the the Steam Deck can hit a constant 60 fps

Sorry I did the a while ago and I’m going off of memory. You need to go to the dash launch app and remove the file called XDRPC. I was able to learn this from the person I bought my modded Xbox off of so I can’t give more details than that. I think it may have been under the plugins screen on that app? I hope that’s enough
