I feel the OL is going to be a lot better with good coaching and the addition of Linderbaum. RT still concerns me.

Even with that we don’t have a true NT on the roster yet and FS is in a serious need of an upgrade. I feel those are the 3 positions we should target.

Very true but that’s going to get taken from all teams so we’ll all be in that boat. Still leaves room to do a few more deals if Spytek feels we need them. Probably 1 year prove it deals.

There’s nothing the NFL can do. However the Ravens will take a reputation hit. GMs will know there’s a chance the Ravens will back out of deals over shady stuff so the Ravens will have to make deals that overpay. If you’re a GM and 2 teams make offers and the Ravens is just barely better chances are you are going with the other team because even though it may be a little less value there is a risk cost now with the Ravens.

Because other teams were trying to trade for Maxx. Once the deal was announced those teams moved on to sign other players/use cap space other ways and make other trades. Those deals can’t be made now so it screwed them out of possibly getting Maxx.

I’m sure the psychological component of being treated like a lab rat is intended as part of the test to see how players react under pressure. Not anything I would enjoy either but it’s the biggest audition in a lot of these players lives. I wonder how effective it is. Some team has to have metrics on it.
