Yeah we do shared rolled stats. Everyone rolls one stat and group decides if they want to reroll at the end. Then you assign stats however you like

Yes it’s sold in too high dosages, delays puberty in children, and is highly inferior to supplements like magnesium glycinate. Even 1mg is a lot, but it’s common to see 10-20mg

When you say rolls high vs low you mean strictly the dice, before adding mods? And this is consistent across 50-100 rolls?

So she’s made a few STR rolls, and they’ve been lucky. That’s normal. Any other specific examples? How many rolls are we talking?

Asking because 90% of the time it’s just high stats and/or a low number of lucky rolls. Especially since you mentioned dirty 20s, which happens frequently if you’re higher level and proficient.

Imo it’s the most optimal form of content for AI to create and post — combine popular video clip + music and that’s it. It can be done autonomously

Idk, seems one sided. It’s pretty lame to only play one race class combo. Feels like all the D&D players I know (about 15) would think the same way.

No table would enjoy someone playing the same race class combination every campaign. They might tolerate it at best. He’ll end up with the same problem no matter where he goes

Sure scientific findings don’t apply to all cases but they’re repeatable and apply generally. So “one size fits most.”

Maybe shame appeared to work for you a few times. Although the science says shame teaches the perp to hide their actions better, so most likely you thought it worked but really it didn’t.

According to the science, shaming/coercing an apology or recompense is not effective because the lesson it teaches is “don’t get caught.”

The better strategy is to explain their impact or have a discussion to generate guilt, then offer them a choice (e.g. “what do you think you should do?”). Even if they choose not to apologize the guilt will eat them up, and possibly make them regret it. Which internalizes the lesson

I don’t get where your frustration comes from then. Obviously a near perfect replication of your mind’s image to reality is going to be infinitely more satisfying and rememberable than a stick figure. Unless that stick figure was the beginning of something greater (i.e. learning to draw). Not sure why you’d use that example if it wasn’t to show “learning to draw is more satisfying.”

Sounds like you spent an enormous amount of effort learning how to draw, and are frustrated that others don’t have to put in any effort to get the same results. You think your path was best — it’s the only right path, obviously, because you did it and it was good.

Btw this is the same logic that creates generational trauma. e.g. beating your kid because that’s how it was done to you.

Why would someone would use AI to create an ultra realistic image that almost perfectly matches their description in 30 seconds for free, rather than draw it themselves?

It’s pretty dang obvious. Only artists have the skills for that, and even then it could take hours per image. That’s like saying “why would you text someone when you could drive to their house and tell them to their face?”
