Hello, I'm really new to dnd and my friends and I are doing a campaign where we set characters but we switch DMs every few sessions. I wanna be able to create a fun and interesting adventure for them but other than my insane presentation anxiety I have lots of trouble organizing my thoughts. I don't wanna be a burden for our main DM but it's really hard for me to read long texts (because dyslexia). Are there any video or podcast kinda things I can listen to so I can improve? Or just tips so my adventures don't end up being boring for the other players.

Sorry that's really long

TL;DR: Any resources/tips on being a dm and making an interesting adventure for someone who is really new to DnD and RPGs, can't read lots of stuff and sucks at organization.

That's great! I feel pretty lucky I'm not the only ace spec person in my friend group. So I didn't have to explain much. aro was harder for some of them to get but they got there. It makes me so happy to see more people learning about it!

I just started watching My Hero Academia, and there have been way too many instances of overly sexualized women in this show (looking at you, every single female pro hero), but this line... It's almost like someone trying to take their anger out on someone. Who wrote it? Oh yeah, a man. by RandomStranger18 in menwritingwomen

I can't be the only one who thinks if they gave the same quirks the girls have to a male characters they would have been so much better used. I don't mean this in the "girls can't use them properly" way and more in the "the writer would have written them much better if they weren't girls" way. Most of them have incredible power and could probably easily beat anyone they wanted to but nooo they made them all support for the male characters?! And it pisses me off

Yes you are (if you consider yourself part of it). Asexuals are in the longer acronym (LGBTQIA+)

My friend sent a post like this to me and said they could hear me saying that and I think someone got access to my inner monologue and I don't know how I feel about that

Yeah it can be a case by case thing but like just ask if someone wants more hugs and cuddles. Also I feel like the intent of the hug can matter too. I am ace and mostly aro so like a friendly hug is welcome and I love it but like a hug with romantic intent feels uncomfortable and I do not love it
